• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering or checking out
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Placing Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted.

Pricing

• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but errors may occur
• If we discover a pricing error after you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm the correct price before proceeding

Stock Availability

We cannot guarantee that all products will be in stock at the time of ordering. If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will contact you to offer a replacement or refund.

• We accept payment via Capitec Bank EFT, direct bank transfer and pay-on-delivery (selected areas only)
• For EFT orders, payment must be received within 24 hours of placing your order or the order may be cancelled
• Please use your order number as the payment reference
• We do not store credit or debit card information

• We deliver to Mamelodi East, Mamelodi West, Pretoria East and surrounding areas
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control
• Free delivery is available on orders over R500 (within our delivery zones)
• Standard delivery fee applies to orders below R500
• You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery
• Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery

• You may return products within 7 days of delivery if they are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied
• Products must be in their original condition and packaging
• Perishable goods cannot be returned unless faulty

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

You agree not to use our website to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems

• Transmit any viruses, malware or other harmful code
