Contact us within 7 days of delivery for any defective, damaged, or incorrect items and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.

How to Return an Item

Send Us Photos

Attach clear photos of the item(s) and your order number so we can assess the issue quickly.

We Arrange Collection or Credit

Once approved, we'll arrange collection of the item and issue a replacement or full refund within 2–3 business days.

We Accept Returns For
  • Items delivered damaged or broken
  • Incorrect product received (wrong item or size)
  • Product is past its expiry or best-before date on arrival
  • Significant quality defect noted upon opening
  • Item missing from your order
We Do Not Accept Returns For
  • Products that have been opened and partially consumed
  • Change of mind after the item has been used
  • Items reported more than 7 days after delivery
  • Perishable goods unless defective on arrival
  • Items damaged due to improper storage by the customer
